I am writing to report a very bad experience related to my booking at your lodge, even though I did not stay there. Before arrival, I was asked to make full payment. However, your website indicates that payment is required only after staying at the lodge. This information is misleading and was not clearly communicated at the time of booking. In addition, the behavior of the staff during my communication with them was rude and unprofessional. Due to the misleading payment information and poor staff behavior, I decided not to proceed with the stay. This experience caused inconvenience and disappointment. I request that you review your payment policy information and improve staff conduct to avoid similar issues for other customers. I look forward to your response.

Hotel is mai road location very close all facilities food hotel mosque small super market opposite fruit stall. Beach nearby walkable distance below 1 km wax museum vivekananda museum railway station ATM facilities no need to pay auto fare hotel in right location parking facility

The lodge was very good and value for money. I definitely recommend this lodge for my family and friends. And the manger Jayaraj is very helpful for us.

Not provided a bed sheet, towel, after my several request,there is no response
Room was too small, beds were too small to accommodate two adults and two kids. Old and torn wed sheets, no intercom, TV not working, dustbin provided was without cover, no sofa or chairs it maybe due to conjusted room space. It seems properly made with only intention to loot money from tourist without thinking about their comfort.
